Aliante is quickly gaining a reputation for being “the center of everything”. Known for their family fun atmosphere, Aliante has over 1,900 total acres, making it one of the largest planned communities in North Las Vegas. It is located near the base of the Sheep Mountain range, and has both an impressive landscape and tons of outdoor recreational activities nestled among the natural arroyo and walking trails. Access to downtown Las Vegas and the McCarran International airport is only minutes away, making this an ideal location for those who commute.
Anthem features a number of distinctive neighborhoods spread over nearly 5,000 acres. FOOTHILLS AT MACDONALD RANCH
The Foothills at MacDonald Ranch is one of the first true hillside communities in the Las Vegas Valley. Located in Henderson, this community features both single and multi-story luxury residences.
